Escape Monthly Review °•°○°•° March 2014 + Coupon

I've said this before, but I truly believe that there is a subscription box out there for everyone. There are so many new and exciting boxes out there and I love testing them all out and guiding my readers to services that fit their wants and needs.

I was lucky enough this month to get in touch with the fabulous people at Escape Monthly and I'm so happy to finally be able to try this box out and share it with all of you!

For those who don't know, Escape Monthly is luxury 'vacation in a box' . Every month, they curate boxes filled with exciting goodies from whatever destination they have chosen for that particular month (last month was New York while this month's was Ireland! ) The cost is $49.95 per month but if you sign up now and use the 20% off code YOURESCAPE it brings the cost down to per $39.95 a month for the entire life of your subscription!!

I was so happy to look outside and find this lovely blue box at my doorstep! My son was also pretty happy... He figured their would be some nice snacks inside for him to pilfer!

Ireland, the perfect March destination. I want to go there one day so badly!

Wow! The amount of stuff in this box is pretty darn impressive. I mean it is packed to the brim!

The guide in the box tells you a little about Ireland and also gives you information and pricing on all the things you received in your box.

Auld Sod Shamrock Seeds *** $3.95 -- This is a bonus item but I think it's so neat! I have a small garden inside my screen porch and I can't wait to plant a little piece of Ireland in it. Hopefully it will bring me a bit of luck as well!!

O'Neills Shamrock Shortbread Cookies *** $2.79 -- these all butter cookies are melt in your mouth delicious! Unfortunately,  I only got to eat one because my child ate the rest before I could get my hands on them! He gives them two very high thumbs up.

Bewley's Irish Creme Coffee *** $2.99 -- I'm a huge coffee drinker so I had to test this out asap! It's a wonderful blend. Perfect for my morning coffee jolt!

Garden of Ireland Linen Wrapped Soap *** $7.50 -- I could smell this amazing rose scent as soon as i opened the box. I love handmade soaps and this is no exception. Made with rose oil, it leaves your skin feeling clean and smelling fantastic. Its a full size bar too!!

Follain Orange Marmalade with Jameson *** $8.99 -- A huge jar of marmalade made with Jameson whiskey.  I myself am not a fan of marmalade but I'm sure someone else in my family will find it delicious!!

Human + Kind Family Remedy Cream *** $31.49 -- This creme claims to be a cure all for skin aliments. Its supposed to help everything from acne to athletes foot/ bug bites to sunburn. It has a mild menthol smell but it's not to overwhelming. A welcome addition to my medicine cabinet!

Hogan's Brown Irish Soda Bread *** $8.99 -- I haven't ever had soda bread but I made this earlier today and loved the nutty wheat taste of it. This is a complete mix too. Just add water and pop it in the oven!

The Seaweed Bath Company *** $ 3.89 -- A powdered seaweed bath! This is another new product for me. It smells very nice and was wonderfully soothing in a hot bath..

Totaled up this box has a retail value of about $71. I'm not only stunned by how much was packed into it, but also with the variety and quality of the items. It's really like a little bit of Ireland delivered to your door. So many luxury subscription boxes fall short of the mark, but this one really has it all and I couldn't be happier with this one! So if you need a mental getaway, I highly recommend this subscription!  And they sell out quickly so I suggest getting one now!!

FYI, next months destination is Mexico and I'm so ready to see what goodies they have in store!!
