If there's one thing I love, it's trying out foreign beauty products. As a beauty blogger, I've tried dozens upon dozens of North American made cosmetics and after awhile it gets so repetitive. There are so many amazing brands across the ocean that you don't hear about and I for one, am on a mission to get my hands on as many of them as i can! That's why I adore foreign subscription boxes!
Meet my newest obsession....
Glamabox, who kindly sent me this box for review, is a premier beauty box in Asia. The cost is $23.00 per month (american) and each month you'll receive a plethora of exciting new deluxe and sample size products. While their main consumer base is focused in Asia and you can't order the box via their website you can email them (if you live in the US) and they will set your subscription up via PayPal.
The quality of the packaging is superb and is similar to Glossybox, which I love!
There is a fold out information sheet which is Thankfully partly in English. It gives the product details for what you have received in your box.
I'm just gonna say now that this is a much more substantial amount of product than I was expecting! I am really really impressed so far!
ISA Workshop French Spring Water Hydrating Face Mask --- I'm a big fan of these sheet masks. They look crazy when you put them on but they are so easy and convenient! This one contains over 60 kinds of trace elements and vitamin complexes that help give you an intensive moisturizing effect. It also eliminates impurities and detoxify and tone your skin!
Sebamed Clear Face Care Gel --- I have super oily spot prone skin so I'm really excited to give this product a go. It's supposed to provide oil free moisture and not only treat blemishes but calm and soothe them as it strengthens the weaker layers of the skin.
Abeeco Anti-Aging Creme --- I'm always on the hunt for new and better Anti-Aging products. This is made with Royal Jelly, Manuka honey and jojoba oil to help soften and smooth skin while also building collagen and helping to promote the skins cellular structure.
Abeeco Royal Eye Creme --- smoothes, moisturizes and helps reduce the apparent of fine lines. I love that it absorbs really quickly and makes your eyes look a bit brighter and more refreshed.
Abeeco Bee Venom Mask --- I haven't tested this yet but I have heard for years how powerfully effective bee venom is supposed to be. It claims to repair skin by removing fine lines and lift and firm your skin.
Filare Collagen filato ball and serum --- This is one of the oddest and coolest things I've ever tried! The serum is applied to the fabric ball and it dissolves the product for application. It captures the triple helix structure in collagen to give you a double hydrating effect. It's so odd but amazing!
La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo --- I love this! It helps acne prone skin and reduces inflammation as well as acting to prevent pigmentation issues from marks and blemishes.
La Roche-Posay Effaclar Mat --- This is an awesome product that helps to minimize the pores and reduce sebum production to give you a shine free face.
SnailWhite Maskshot --- This sounds horrid but I'm willing to try it out. It's made of concentrated ceremide (snail excretion) and claims to help the four major skin issues: wrinkles, roughness, sensitivity and dryness. The results are said to be noticible after only 20 minutes a day so we shall see!
Dr. Young Bamboo Blooming Booster --- A smooth and silky serum. Brightens and fills up your skin cells with a shot of moisture. It's also antibacterial and anti-inflammatory.
Dr. Young Illumination Whitening Serum --- I think alot of people are scared off by whitening products but they work wonders to even out your skin tone if used correctly. This one works to prevent the synthesis of melanin and pigmentation. Not for everyone but I may give it a whirl.
I LOVE this box!! So many products and brands that I've never had the opportunity to try before! I may have to occasionally get this box for myself because it honestly blew me away. Why can't all my boxes be this wonderful? I commend you on the utter perfection you have achieved, Glamabox! You've most certainly gained me as a fan!
Don't forget that if you live in the USA and want to try this box out for yourself, you'll have to email their customer support team to arrange it. It's worth it if you are feeling adventurous with your beauty routine! And don't forget to mention where you heard about them! I would soo appreciate it!
Have you tried out Glamabox yet? What were your thoughts? I'd love to read what you have to say!
