February 2016 Ipsy Review

I'm convinced that one day I will be buried under the massive amount of beauty products I own. I can't help myself! I hoard makeup and I will justify buying it as often as I can (which is like, 3 times a week). My makeup obsession didn't reach critical mass until I discovered beauty Subscriptions though. The biggest contributor? My Ipsy Glam Bag!

For those who don't already know, Ipsy  is a $10 monthly beauty subscription service. Each month subscribers will receive 5 deluxe sample sized (and very often full size) beauty products all tucked neatly into a limited edition makeup bag. Ipsy was the second beauty subscription I ever purchased and after nearly two years, it's still one of my favorites.

Possibly one of my favorite Ipsy makeup bags ever! I love the design and the textured feel of it!

Vintage by Jessica Liebeskind Lip Gloss --- 'This sheer, reflective formula provides luminous shine and sophisticated shimmer.' Perfect for a night out to give your pout some punch!

Jersey Shore Spa Anti Aging Lip & Hand Polish --- Not a brand I've encountered before but it is definitely a new favorite now! 'Lips and hands feel silky, smooth, nourished and hydrated. Formulated using the best quality, all natural ingredients. Made with all natural brown sugar, vanilla bean extract, anti-aging vitamin E and nutrient dense jojoba oil, shea butter and plant extracts.'

Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Oil ---  'Fast absorbing hero blend of 15 essential and lipid-rich plant oils penetrate instantly to moisturize your face for seamless foundation application with a dewy, youthful finish.' I adore Smashbox but a primer oil on my already oily skin just won't work for me.

Trust Fund Nail Polish in 'I'm Kind of a Big Deal' --- I freaking LOVE this nail polish. The formulation is seriously amazing. Even, opaque in 2 coats and it dries really fast. It's also vegan and cruelty free! And did I mention how beautiful this baby pink color is?

Naked Cosmetics Mica Pigment  --- This is a really high pigment powder that is really versatile and easy to blend with. I always have reservations when it comes to loose mineral makeup, simply because I am messy and tend to use a much larger amount that ends up all over everything.

I freaking LOVED this months Ipsy! There are some great products, great brands, and new favorites. Ipsy has been really hit or miss with me lately and I'm so happy that this was such a great month! Keep it going, Ipsy!
