August 2016 Degustabox Review & $10 Off Coupon

Now that school is back in session, there is an age old tradition that must be carried on - the after school snack. Every single day, that's the first thing on my sons mind. Sometimes we stop at the store but I prefer to have a ready supply of things waiting in my kitchen pantry. That's one of the reasons I love food subscription boxes so much, especially when they are affordable! One of my new favorites is Degustabox!

Degustabox, who kindly sent me this box for review, is a culinary subscription service. The cost is $19.95 per month (which is awesome) and each box will include a mix of 10-15 surprise goodies. They are based out of Barcelona but have recently launched their box in the USA and I'm so happy they did. Want to try them for yourself? Use coupon code DEGUSTA10T at checkout for $10 off your first box!

I get so so very happy when I take a little look at what is inside this box. Seriously, they are big, heavy and filled to the brim with all sorts of yummy stuff!

They include a very nice, full page of information sheet that lists each item featured in this month's box.

The back page also includes some great new recipes to try out!

Goetze's Cow Tails --- These have been around for years and I've always loved them! Who doesn't love delicious, chewy caramel wrapped around a nice cream center? They are also nut free and made in the USA!

Sir Kensington's Chipotle Mayonnaise --- I have a packaging obsession and I love how nice this jar is. (Yes, I'm an odd duck!). It's rich smokey flavor combines chipotle with notes of cumin, garlic, and tomatoes.

ALO Allure Pulp-Free --- I can't say I've ever tasted anything with this exact flavor combination of Aloe Vera, Mango & Mangosteen. As drinks go, it isn't bad but it doesn't have a strong enough flavor for me.

White Lily White Grape & Wheat Flour --- White Lily teamed up with Shepherd's Farms to bring you this high quality flour made from family farmed, sustainably grown wheat. It's non-GMO too!

Vermont Smoke & Cure Mini Meat Sticks --- These are most definitely a great after school snack! The cracked pepper meat sticks are crafted with lean beef, pork and cracked pepper. The turkey pepperoni sticks are peppers, paprika, turkey and garlic.

Post Honey Bunches of Oats with Strawberries --- This may seem like an odd favorite but I can't help it. Honey bunches of oats (in ever variety) is one of my absolute biggest favorite cereals ever. Crispy whole grain flakes, crunchy granola clusters and yummy strawberries!

Oregon Chai Tea Latte --- I love individually packaged drink mixes. Not only is this particular blend delicious, it's also super convenient!

Goya Maria Cookies --- oh how I love these! This scrumptious buttery cookies remind me of graham crackers and they are really phenomenal paired with some caramel or crumbled up into your dessert!

Loacker Rose of the Dolomite --- So, I got to eat 1 little piece of these before my son and husband made of with the rest! They are so very good! A blend of yummy cream, crunchy hazelnut pieces and smooth petals of chocolate. Divine!

Popchips Ridges --- I already love the popchips brand so it's no surprise that I enjoyed these! They are made with a well developed heat & pressure process so they have a nice, satisfying crunch and aren't greasy!

I am once again smitten. It is simply unreal how many goodies you receive in a box that is priced this low. It makes Degustabox stand out from other, similarly priced subscriptions and I just love that!
