It's official.. I have started my Christmas shopping! It seems that I start earlier and earlier each year. I do most of my shopping online so I went ahead and ordered my son a few things thinking it would take some time to get here. Wrong. They showed up the other day in a giant box marked TOYS. This momma had to get a bit creative to explain that one. Lord I hope he bought it! Anywho, also arriving with that box was another package - the November 2016 Xela Nails Box!
Xela Nails, who kindly sent me this box for review, is a new nail polish subscription service. The cost is $15 per month and you will receive a box of two xela mini nail polish colors. All Xela polishes are made in the USA. Free of Toluene, Formaldehyde, DBP and Camphor. They are also specially formulated to prevent cracking and chipping.

I'd Like To Thank The Academy... I love this! I'm honestly not usually a girl that does glitter top coats but this one is beyond fabulous! The gold flakes are just the right size and they adhere to the nail without any difficulty. Most glitter coats I have used in the past clump up and stick out but this stays put and stays flat so you have an effortless, smooth finish.
Jet Setter --- Such a beautiful shade of blue! It has a very very subtle duo chrome finish and I love that. It stands out without going overboard, ya know? It applies smoothly and evenly and I really only needed 2 coats. It also dries fairly quickly which is a must for me. It's gorgeous on its own or as a base coat with the glitter polish.
The finished look of these together is just gorgeous! The blend together so nicely and they scream 'winter/holiday chic'.
I really really loved this box! The polish formula for each of the colors was really spectacular and I love the mini squared bottles! Definitely a subscription ever nail obsessed girl should try!
